Willow tree branches have long been a favorite in my home decor, and I like to decorate with a shapely vase filled with willow branches year-round. I've featured these simple branches in my Robin on Willows needle felt pillow design, along with one of my favorite color accents, a soft sky blue. The loosely woven linen on this pillow front looks great along with the classic Robin coloring, including the rosy-orange belly of this plump bird! I used 13 colors of wool roving to create this design, which has been hand needle-felt especially for you. The pillow's back is a complementary blue wool plaid, and I've included a zipper closure and a warm rosy-brown twill trim edging.
